Zatkoff Seals and Packings has been supplying seals and sealing technology to customers as a family-owned business since 1959. The company recently relocated its Indianapolis location to Anderson in the Flagship Business Park.
Working with The Mattingly Corporation, we designed the new facility with reinforced masonry and bar joist construction. The building includes 5540 square feet of office space, two loading docks, and 8000 square feet of warehouse and preparation space. The warehouse features a tri-level storage rack system and an automated fan and louver system for ventilation.
The project’s focus on energy efficiency resulted in the use of high-efficiency T5 fluorescent light fixtures as well as skylights in the warehouse and preparation areas. The building also features accommodations for emergency power.
